Job summary

XIHI Technology Private Limited in Noida (Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh) is hiring a Senior Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience for electronics manufacturing. You will manage ICT, FCT, burn-in, high-voltage testing, automation, and NPI test support, while leading test improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role requires hands-on testing, fixture development, troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills. Openings: 2; location on-site in Noida, UP.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in Test Engineering/Functional Testing in electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in testing, fixture development, troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT, FCT, Burn-in, High-Voltage, ATE & Automated Testing.
• Design & develop test fixtures, test programs and automation solutions.
• Optimize test cycle time, yield and testing efficiency while reducing false/missed tests and retests.
• Lead test failure analysis, RCA & 5 Why and implement corrective actions.
• Manage TPM, preventive maintenance, equipment & fixture lifecycle.
• Support NPI test solution development and reliability verification.
• Define test standards, acceptance criteria, WI & test specifications.
• Drive yield improvement, productivity, test optimization & cost reduction.
• Coordinate with PE, Quality, Production and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior Test Engineers.

Requirements
