Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited is building India’s first AI-enabled semiconductor foundry. The role involves leading ATE/ICT development for precision components, building new ATEs with Keysight and NI equipment, and creating robust test programs and fixtures.

Strong knowledge of circuit schematics and automotive protocols is essential. The candidate will design testing concepts, verify processes, and apply Six Sigma tools to resolve complex production issues, enabling reliable high-quality

Qualifications

• Understanding of circuit schematic and its debugging.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols.
• Experience with analog and digital I/O signals.
• Ability to build new ATEs using Keysight and NI equipment.
• Experience with ICT test programs (Keysight i3070/Teradyne).
• Familiar with designing test fixtures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ATEs for semiconductor testing.
• Select appropriate equipment and technologies for complete ATE.
• Develop test programs for ICT/ATE systems.
• Design testing concepts and collaborate with suppliers.
• Create SOPs and checklists for process verification.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to production issues and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Circuit schematic.
• Knowledge on Automotive communication protocols.
• Good knowledge on Adv Microcontrollers, Analog and Digital Input& Output signals.
• Build New ATEs using Keysight and Nationals instrument Test Equipment (PXI, LXI/GPIB).
• By choosing right equipment.
• Selection of best equipment and technologies to develop the Complete ATE.
• Should development Test programs for Keysight i3070/Teradyne ICT.
• Help Design and Develop Test fixtures for ICT i3070, coordinating with suppliers help design Engineering Designing the Testing Concepts and choosing hardware’s.
• Create Standard Operating procedure, Checklist Preparation for Process verification.
• Able to use 6 Six sigma tools.
• Should debug the Circuit Problems and simulate signals to Measure analyse.
• Ability to solve complex production issues & provide good solution.
