Job summary

Indium is seeking experienced Senior Test Engineers with strong expertise in Banking applications and end-to-end software testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), with a deep understanding of lending workflows, functional testing, and defect management.

You will analyze requirements, prepare test scenarios and data, execute various testing types, log defects, participate in sprint activities, support UAT and releases,

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with end-to-end software testing in banking applications.
• Experience testing Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, testing types and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to understand application behavior.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Validate business workflows across Loan Applications and LOS.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects with defect management tools.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and production fixes.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
• Support UAT, production validation, and release activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly testing status reports.

• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Validate business workflows across Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and production fixes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to resolve issues.
• Ensure complete test coverage and maintain requirement traceability.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and release activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly testing status reports.
