Qualifications

• Strong experience in functional, regression, and unit testing of web apps.
• Experience in testing databases and web services.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases and scripts.
• Proficient in automation test scripting and defect management.
• Experience in planning and participating in sprint/release activities.
• Proficiency with complex XPath and CSS selectors.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional test, Regression test, Unit test, Web application, Database, Web services.
• Maintain the health of the QA, UAT, Training and Demo environment.
• Manage the release process tightly during SDLC cycle.
• Analyze and inspect business and functional requirements documents and use cases.
• Work effectively with business team, Application support team, and other groups.
• Capture, analyze and own defects through resolution.
• Complete testing effort within timelines and budgets identified by the team.
• Conduct peer reviews of test plans, test procedures, and test scripts.
• Experience in planning, documenting, and reviewing test cases/suites.
• Demonstrate functionality, train team members and communicate with Clients.
• Experience in automation Test Scripting, Test Scenario, Test Cases preparation and writing Bug, Reports.
• Good Experience in identifying dynamic elements using complex XPATH and CSS.
• Good Experience on Sprint/release Planning, Reviews, daily stand-ups, and Retrospective meetings.
• Demonstrated abilities in terms of Project Discussions, Understanding the requirements and ensuring overall automation requirements are met as per specifications.
• Proficiency in implementing the Automation challenges and managing Requirement Traceability.
