Job summary

Stryker is seeking a skilled Software Test Automation professional to develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. You will perform functional, API, integration, system, and regression testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to analyze failures and expand automation coverage while improving testing efficiency across projects. Strong programming, debugging, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Bachelor's/B.E./B.Tech/M.Tec in CS/IT or equivalent from a reputed engineering institute.
• Strong programming and debugging skills with good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile and DevOps.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Graduated from a reputed engineering institute such as VIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS Pilani, DTU, NSUT, Manipal, SRM, PSG, or an equivalent institution.
