Job summary

Stryker is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to collaborate with the software team in Gurgaon, India, to develop a robust testing strategy for the development phase and to design verification and validation plans aligned with project timelines. You will craft comprehensive test cases that verify software requirements and execute non-functional testing across accuracy, reliability, and performance domains.

Lead formal system verification with end users and support other product development projects

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science, MCA or any equivalent qualification.
• 7–11 years of work experience.
• Excellent at designing and review of test case, test plan, test reports.
• Proficient in SDLC, Test Methodologies, Bug Lifecycle, Test Case development, Risk Assessment.
