What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end test and validation activities for new product development projects, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Design and execute software and system validation tests that confirm product requirements and support successful product releases.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to drive timely resolution and product improvements.
• Drive test planning, reporting, and validation traceability to provide clear insights into product readiness and quality.
• Support and enhance test automation and validation infrastructure to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading product testing and validation activities involving both hardware and software/firmware in a product development environment.
• Strong knowledge of test engineering methodologies, requirement-based validation, and defect management practices.
• Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
• Familiarity with test automation and scripting tools, including Python, Robot Framework, or similar technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, solve complex technical challenges, and communicate findings clearly.
