Job summary

Danfoss seeks a proactive Engineer – Maintenance (Electrical) to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing operations in India. You will maintain electrical, mechanical and automation systems, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime.

The role focuses on electrical maintenance across Plate, Gasket, and PHE Assembly value streams, with emphasis on root cause analysis, safety, and TPM/Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, hydraulic presses, utilities, and automation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, and electrical safety standards.
• Experience with TPM, Lean/DBS, SAP PM or other CMMS, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
