About the Team
You will work with a globally distributed team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders focused on delivering cutting-edge eCommerce and technology solutions at scale in the Information Security Domain. The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering, and product teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex programs and large-scale InfoSec initiatives
- Build and manage program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans and drive execution
- Work with geographically distributed teams, including offshore teams and third‑party vendors
- Establish and improve project management processes and best practices
- Manage multiple high‑impact, complex projects (e.g., system integrations, global programs) simultaneously
- Drive delivery excellence in fast‑paced environments with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and ethical practices
- Lead and mentor project managers, ensuring continuous development and high performance
What You’ll Bring
- Experienced Senior Technical Project Manager responsible for leading complex, large‑scale programs across eCommerce and technology domains in Information Security
- 8–12 years of experience in project/program management or related fields
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive technical discussions and translate business requirements into execution plans
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments with strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset
- 3+ years of software development experience building and launching consumer applications (web, mobile, or desktop)
- Demonstrated creative problem‑solving ability, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, can‑do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of full lifecycle program/project management experience
- Experience managing programs across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Business teams, and Third‑Party partners
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills in fast‑paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in large‑scale Technical Program Management within product organizations
- Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycle
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to independently drive initiatives
- Flexibility in dynamic environments
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
