Responsible for coding, unit testing, building high performance and scalable applications that meet the needs of millions of Walmart-International customers in the areas of supply chain management & Customer experience.
Team Overview
Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few.
Responsibilities
- Code, unit test, build high performance and scalable applications for millions of Walmart-International customers in supply chain management and customer experience.
- Be an intellectually curious engineer passionate about domain/technology.
- Convert high level design to low level design, estimate work, and participate in program planning & execution.
Qualifications
- B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. (preferably in Computer Science)
- Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
- 6 – 10 years of experience in building UI applications.
- Proficient in ReactJs/Redux, javascript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, JSON.
- Hands‑on design & development experience in interfacing with Web services platforms.
- CI/CD development environments/tools & automation tools.
- Strong hands‑on development skills to prototype technical solutions.
- Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building.
- Ability to balance the long‑term “big picture” and short‑term implications of design decisions.
Additional Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud infrastructures, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with mobile (web/native) development.
- Exposure to full stack development.
- Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
Work Location
This role is based in our Bangalore office for daily work, with the flexibility for associates to manage their personal lives. Primary Location: Block-1, Prestige Tech Pacific Park, Sy No. 38/1, Outer Ring Rd Kadubeesanahalli, India.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 1 year’s experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
