Cornerstone is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee product release logistics and drive program excellence from our Pune Hyderabad hybrid setup. The role focuses on data-driven release strategies, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement to deliver clear customer value.

As a PMO lead, you will guide cross-functional teams through process design, vision documents, and governance models while ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes.

Role Overview:

This individual will play a key role in managing productrelease logistics, driving program excellence, and leading strategic processimprovement projects. The PMO will apply customer-centric operating practices,ensuring programs and products are designed with clear customer outcomes inmind and that initiatives deliver tangible value to stakeholders.

In This Role You Will:

Product Release Management

• Oversee logistics for product releases, including process management, deployment planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage key performance indicators and analytics to inform decision-making, proactively identify areas for improvement, and ensure release strategies are optimized based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular program review meetings to assess progress, address obstacles, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Compile and share weekly reports, sprint closure narratives, and other key program updates.
• Manage release calendars and monitor adherence to established processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serve as stakeholder liaison for release schedules, requirements, and review/sign-off processes.

Customer-Centric Initiative Leadership

• Champion a customer-first approach to program and product delivery by beginning each initiative with a clear definition of intended outcomes and customer value.
• Guide teams through the creation of vision documents, such as draft press releases and FAQs, before development work begins, ensuring alignment around problem statements, expected experience, and value proposition.
• Incorporate customer narratives and feedback into program reviews, strategic project planning, and process improvement efforts.
• Lead the development and adoption of operating mechanisms that prioritize stakeholder and end-user perspectives at every stage of the program lifecycle.

Strategic Projects & Process Improvement

• Lead root cause analysis and process redesign initiatives, establishing sustainable mechanisms for increased efficiency and self-sufficiency, and overseeing adoption and scaling of improvements across teams through structured change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and operational excellence, aligning process enhancements with enterprise priorities to reduce risk and increase delivery predictability.
• Establish and promote standardized frameworks, best practices, and governance models to drive consistent, effective project delivery.
• Leverage key performance indicators, dashboards, and outcome measures to quantify success and continuously monitor impact of improvements.
• Report progress, data-driven outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
