UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Bengaluru to drive cross-functional initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments. You will manage stakeholders, mentor teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and leadership abilities. PMP or related agile certifications are highly preferred, with exposure to tools like ServiceNow a plus.

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Org. Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related)
• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Experience managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Substantial experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint & Project
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, and Outlook are a must. Azure is a plus
• Proven exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities
• Demonstrated solid leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with project resources across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification (highly preferred - candidates without get lowest priority)
• Additional agile certifications include, in order of importance:
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO-I)
• ServiceNow experience
