Job summary

Aquila Clouds is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-powered FinOps and BillOps platforms. You will own the technical roadmap, align cloud billing, governance, and financial accountability for MSPs, resellers, and enterprises.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and customer teams to define scalable, secure features, leveraging public cloud APIs, billing systems, and FinOps best practices.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product management or technical product experience in cloud/FinOps/infrastructure software.
• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP services, billing APIs, and pricing models.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or platform products with strong backend/data infra.
• Proven success delivering features for multi-tenant billing or usage-based pricing.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering and write technical product specs.
• Bonus: AI/ML integrations, FinOps certification, or cloud cost tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for core product areas like usage ingestion, billing reconciliation, cost reporting, and AI integrations.
• Translate FinOps and cloud billing requirements into technical specs and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure architecture scalability and performance.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical pain points and co-create solutions.
• Stay updated on AWS, Azure, and GCP billing APIs, pricing models, and FinOps best practices.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales teams with product knowledge, demos, and roadmap sessions.

This is a highly technical product role that requires hands-on experience with public cloud services, APIs, billing systems, and a deep understanding of FinOps principles. • Bonus: Experience in AI/ML product integrations, FinOps Foundation certification, or cloud cost tooling (e.g., CloudHealth, Apptio, etc.).
