Job summary

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision and strategy roadmap
• Engage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
• Lead the product across its entire lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices
• Know the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology products
• Define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact
• Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions
• Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decision as appropriate
• Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of Technical Product Management or Product Owner experience
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Solid Agile/Scrum and software delivery knowledge
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment
• Proven solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAFe, CSPO, PMP, or similar certification
• Healthcare technology or digital product experience
• Experience with cloud, APIs, AI, and platform modernization initiatives
