This role partners with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand outcomes, define scope, convert requirements into delivery‑ready features/user stories, support engineers through requirement clarification, validate implemented functionality, lead demos, capture feedback, and enable adoption. The role requires product ownership discipline, hands‑on testing mindset, stakeholder engagement, comfort with AI tools, and enough technical depth to participate in solution discussions and challenge unclear or low‑value requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Product discovery & requirements: Define business problems, outcomes, users, success criteria, scope, dependencies, and adoption expectations with Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Backlog, stories & grooming: Create/refine epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, open questions, decisions, risks, and priorities across multiple initiatives
  • Daily delivery enablement: Clarify requirements for engineers, unblock product questions, provide examples/inputs, and ensure increments align with expectations
  • AI‑first delivery model: Use approved AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, story writing, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, demo notes, documentation, and updates
  • Testing, validation & demos: Perform functional validation, review workflows/outputs, prepare demo scripts, conduct walkthroughs, capture feedback, and convert it into backlog actions
  • Stakeholder engagement & adoption: Drive stakeholder communication, product marketing, enablement materials, release notes, FAQs, onboarding support, and adoption
  • Technical collaboration: Participate in architecture/engineering discussions, understand feasibility and trade‑offs, challenge incomplete requirements, and shape enterprise‑ready outcomes
  • Ceremonies & governance: Facilitate grooming, daily syncs, sprint/bolt planning, reviews, retrospectives, acceptance discussions, and readiness/adoption tracking
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re‑assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years in technical product management, product ownership, TPM, business analysis, or software delivery
  • Hands‑on mindset for functional testing, UAT support, workflow validation, and release/demo readiness
  • Experience with Rally, Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar delivery tools
  • Solid Agile/Scrum experience: grooming, planning, daily syncs, reviews, acceptance, and backlog management
  • Proven ability to convert business needs into clear features, stories, acceptance criteria, demos, and testable outcomes
  • Proven excellent stakeholder communication across product, architecture, engineering, QA, governance, and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner, or Agile Product Management certification
  • Experience with product, platform, automation, or engineering enablement products
  • Experience in incubation, rapid prototyping, AI‑first delivery, or innovation/enablement teams
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud, CI/CD, dashboards, data flows, security/compliance, and integration patterns
  • Ability to use approved AI tools such as M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code to improve speed and quality

  • Proven ability to create executive‑ready summaries, demo narratives, adoption updates, FAQs, and roadmap communications
