Job summary

NEWSOFT CONSULTANTS is seeking a software engineer to develop algorithms for mapping, synthesis, PnR, and timing analysis, and to enable design-space exploration and PPA optimization.

The role involves building graph-based DBs, embedding, retrieval and semantic search to help agents reason about design flows, failures and tool behavior across distributed systems and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience building abstractions to integrate agents and simulators.
• Background in synthesis, PnR, and timing analysis.
• Experience with AI infra, cloud services and large-scale data.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms for mapping, synthesis, PnR and timing analysis.
• Explore design spaces and optimize PPA while debugging flows.
• Apply graph databases and semantic search to assist design reasoning.
