• 1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Siemens Plm, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Product Lifecycle Management And Increasing Overall Productivity.
• 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards Specific To Siemens Plm Solutions To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
• 3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Assessing Best Packages, And Identifying Technical Risks.
• 4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Within Siemens Plm Initiatives, And Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Effectively Manage Escalations.
