Key Responsibilities

• 1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Defining And Implementing Ptc Plm Best Practices, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities, And Increasing Overall Productivity.
• 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Coding Standards To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Ptc Plm Projects.
• 3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Technical Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, Identifying Risks, And Contributing To Project Estimation And Breakdown Into Components.
• 4. Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
