Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP OCM Services-Core Consultant/Lead with 6–8 years of SAP implementation experience to drive Organizational Change Management across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in the steel manufacturing industry.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, business readiness, adoption management and successful organizational transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, HR or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 6–8 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Greenfield and Brownfield transformation experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business functions.
• Develop training strategies and end-user enablement programs.
• Coordinate with HR, PMO and SAP workstreams.
