Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide employees through technology and process shifts, ensuring adoption and lasting results. You will assess impact, manage stakeholders, plan communications, develop training, and track adoption across functions.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years in change management or consulting, with strong PROSCI/ADKAR/ITIL familiarity and excellent stakeholder skills, in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with change management frameworks such as PROSCI or ADKAR.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• 7–12 years of experience in change management, communications, or consulting.
