Job summary
HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead with 8–10 years of SAP implementation experience in Greenfield and Brownfield programs. The candidate will lead payroll transformation initiatives for steel manufacturing organizations and provide expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, time integration, workforce administration, SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration.
Lead SAP HCM Payroll solution architecture, design, configuration and deployment activities.
Qualifications
- Experience leading SAP HCM Payroll projects in Greenfield and Brownfield programs.
- Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types and compliance requirements.
- Ability to integrate payroll with Time Management, PA, OM, and Finance.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, Basis and integration teams.
Ensure compliance with Indian payroll regulations and organizational policies.
Mentor consultants and provide governance for payroll best practices.
