Senior Technical Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C)

Expertiqo is looking for a Senior Technical Lead (SFCC B2C) to own and scale the eCommerce platform for a global fashion brand. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll own architecture, delivery, releases, integrations, and technical direction, end to end.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C and all platform integrations
• Defining and driving end‑to‑end SFCC architecture and solution design
• Managing source control, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and release pipelines
• Leading user story reviews and guiding business teams on SFCC OOB capabilities
• Planning releases based on team capacity and delivery priorities
• Allocating work, mentoring developers, unblocking delivery
• Conducting code reviews with performance and scalability in mind
• Managing releases across all environments, including Production
• Handling post‑go‑live support, monitoring, and stabilisation
• Working closely with vendors and third‑party service providers
• Driving continuous improvement and tech‑debt reduction
• Reviewing Salesforce monthly releases and updating the roadmap
• Supporting high‑priority live site issues
• Managing SFCC admin tools, monitoring systems, and SSL certificates

What we’re looking for

• 7–8 years in Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead roles
• 3–4+ years as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead
• Strong experience with SFCC B2C, SCAPI, OCAPI
• Hands‑on with Service Framework, Jobs Framework
• Solid experience with ISML, Page Designer, jQuery, Node.js
• Strong understanding of eCommerce integrations (payments, tax, loyalty, catalog, AP21, third‑party systems)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket preferred)
• Proven release management experience across all PIG instances
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Salesforce B2C Developer or Technical Architect certification is a plus.
