Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise B2B Commerce initiatives, shape solution architectures, and guide teams through design and implementation. You will drive integrations with ERP systems and payment gateways, ensuring security and scalability across multi-store environments.

Candidate must have 10+ years in Salesforce with 4–5 years in B2B Commerce, strong engineering credentials, and hands-on API expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 4-5 years designing and delivering Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, Platform Events, and APIs.
• Experience with integration to SAP, Oracle ERP, OMS, WMS and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-level architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations.
• Lead technical solutioning workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable commerce solutions.
• Guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, payment systems, and external applications.
• Review technical designs and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability initiatives.
• Mentor developers and technical leads.
• Support release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners, business teams, architects, and delivery leadership.
