Qualifications

• 15–20 years of overall experience in software engineering and delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience across full technology stack.
• Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and search technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and team handling.
• Excellent communication skills; delivery-focused and technically strong.
