Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Architect/Lead to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications while leading development teams and interacting with clients.

Role involves backend design with Java/Spring Boot, microservices, and frontend work using Angular or React. You will guide architecture discussions and ensure code quality across delivery teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers and participate in code reviews, sprint planning and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with clients, product, QA and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices
  
• Build responsive UI using Angular / React
  
• Architect end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions
  
• Work closely with clients, product, QA and DevOps teams
  
• Lead and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
  
• Drive performance, security, and scalability improvements
  
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
  
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
  
• Hands‑on in Angular OR React
  
• Experience with REST APIs and system design
  
• Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)
  
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
