Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions, Chennai-based, seeks an experienced software engineering leader to drive end-to-end design, development and deployment of scalable backend services and ML-enabled applications. You will provide technical leadership, set Python standards, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with product and design teams, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/MCA/CS with typically 10 years of experience in web/mobile apps and ML for end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project design, development and deployment.
• Providing technical leadership in your area of work.
• Streamlining processes and developing work schedules for the engineering team to build highly scalable products.
• Expertise in building scalable solutions, application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting complex issues and identifying problem root cause.
• Set up the design/coding standards for Python technologies
• Managing and mentoring a team of junior engineers, delegating tasks, explaining requirements and monitoring progress to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Build backend services and APIs to create scalable engineering systems
• Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application
• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product and design partners

Requirements

Skills&ExperienceL:

• B.Tech/MCA/CS with typically 10 years of experience, 8+ years in bringing to life web applications, mobile applications, and machine learning frameworks for building anend-to-end solution and final product delivery.
  
• Should have a minimum of 5+years of experience in- Python, Numpy, Pandas
  
• Working knowledge in Front end- HTML, CSS
  
• Good Understanding of Js Frameworks( Vue js, Angular, Ember)& Databases (Mysql, Postgresql, Mongo ,ElasticSearch)
  
• Deep Knowledge of Deployment( Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) , Cloud tools (Azure ml , Azure Databricks) & Caching&Queue(Redis, RabbitMQ, AzureQueue )
  
• Knowledge of MLOPS(Tensorflow, pytorch, etc.)
