Job summary

Capco seeks a Lead Product Manager – Technical in Vadodara to own product strategy across payments journeys. You will bridge business and technology, drive discovery to delivery, and lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, and clients. Strong experience in product ownership, payments, and API-driven ecosystems is essential.

Client-facing and hands‑on leadership are required. The role is based at the Vadodara client office, with opportunities to influence large financial services

Qualifications

• 12+ years across Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis
• Strong Payments domain experience with understanding of end-to-end payment journeys
• Hands‑on experience with requirements discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritisation
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, SDLC, and Agile delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working closely with business, engineering, architecture, and senior client stakeholders
