Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical for Vadodara client office. The role requires a strong blend of business analysis, product management, and payments domain expertise, with 12+ years of experience across PM/BA disciplines.

You will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, manage discovery through delivery in an Agile SDLC, and collaborate with business, engineering, architecture, and senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis.
• Strong Payments domain experience with understanding end-to-end payment journeys.
• Hands-on experience with requirements discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, SDLC, and Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with business, engineering, architecture, and senior client stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager – Technical with a strong combination of Business Analysis, Product Management, and Payments domain expertise.

What we’re looking for:

• 12+ years across Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis
• Strong Payments domain experience with understanding of end-to-end payment journeys
