Job summary

RGBSI seeks a PLM Engineer to administer Siemens Teamcenter PLM, configure workflows and BOM structures, and manage CAD integrations with NX. You will support user access, security, and change-management processes to ensure smooth PLM operations.

The role requires 3–8 years in PLM/Teamcenter, a Mechanical Engineering background, and optional Siemens Teamcenter/NX certification. Collaboration with IT and stakeholders will drive data migrations and system upgrades.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of BOM structures, workflows, and lifecycle management
• Experience in Teamcenter configuration (BMIDE, workflows, access controls)
• Familiarity with ITK, SOA, or customization tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of database concepts (SQL/Oracle)

Functional Skills

• Understanding of engineering processes and product lifecycle management
• Experience with Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
• Knowledge of CAD data management and version control
