Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an experienced PLM Engineer to administer Siemens Teamcenter and manage NX CAD integrations. The role focuses on configuring workflows, BOM structures, and data models while ensuring secure access and effective change management.

The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, support data migrations, and work with IT on upgrades, with a strong emphasis on PLM best practices and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in PLM / Teamcenter environment.
• Certification in Siemens Teamcenter/NX (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM system.
• Configure Teamcenter workflows, BOM management, and data models.
• Manage CAD integrations with Teamcenter (NX/UG NX).
• Handle user access, roles, and security administration.
• Support release management, change management processes (ECN/ECO).
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather PLM requirements and implement solutions.
• Work with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and deployments.
• Perform data migration, bulk loading, and validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and PLM best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Prouction/Automobile
• 3-8 years of experience in PLM / Teamcenter environment
• Certification in Siemens Teamcenter/NX (optional but preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM system
• Configure and customize Teamcenter workflows, BOM management, and data models
• Manage CAD integrations (NX/UG NX) with Teamcenter
• Handle user access, roles, and security administration
• Support release management, change management (ECN/ECO) processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather PLM requirements and implement solutions
• Work with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and deployments
• Perform data migration, bulk loading, and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with company standards and PLM best practices

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter (RAC, Active Workspace)
• Proficiency in NX (UG NX) CAD tool
• Good knowledge of BOM structures, workflows, and lifecycle management
• Experience in Teamcenter configuration (BMIDE, workflows, access controls)
• Familiarity with ITK, SOA, or customization tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of database concepts (SQL/Oracle)

Functional Skills

• Understanding of engineering processes and product lifecycle management
• Experience with Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
• Knowledge of CAD data management and version control
