Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its transfer pricing team. You will support tax managers on cross‑functional transfer pricing issues, ensure timely filings, and work with global teams and external advisors to optimize tax positions.

The role requires CPA/CA or chartered tax advisor credentials, 3+ years in transfer pricing, and strong Excel/ERP knowledge. Hybrid work and extensive learning opportunities are offered.

We’re looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our transfer pricing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the group remain compliant while keeping it up to date with the evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Tax Managers to address transfer pricing issues across the global group, leaning on strong cross‑functional relationships
  • Ensure all transfer pricing related filings are submitted accurately and on time, while driving efficiencies in the process and reducing the cost of external spend with advisors
  • Collaborate with other tax and finance team members as well as outsourced service providers to mitigate risks, manage tax audits, and optimise tax positions
  • High level of cross‑functional (Finance, Legal, Ops, IT) and external (advisors, authorities) interaction
Qualifications
  • Experience and capabilities CPA/chartered accountant or chartered tax advisor
  • 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally including in‑house experience within a multi‑national group
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and ability to apply in business context
  • Knowledge of tax processes, controls, and accounting impacts
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills and an understanding of end‑to‑end tax processes and systems
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex transformations involving cross‑functional teams
  • Strong writing, analytical, and oral presentation skills, including creativity in presentation materials
  • Ability to develop and drive process improvements across global taxes, including developing a global tax controls framework and monitoring metrics
  • Leads by example, striving to innovate, introducing best practices, and championing control standards
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and independent decision‑making
  • Ability to manage complexity, multiple jurisdictions, and competing priorities
  • Proactive mindset with focus on planning and regulatory readiness
  • Strong process improvement, controls, and automation orientation
