You will partner with hiring leaders to align talent strategy, source and engage top candidates, and ensure a superior candidate experience as we scale. You’ll build relationships with managers, drive diverse sourcing initiatives, track recruitment metrics, and present strategy and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience sourcing candidates via social networks, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
• Proficient with Google Suite and recruiting metrics/reporting.
• Familiarity with ATS like Workday, Greenhouse or Lever.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles with strong stakeholder skills.

Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our extraordinary Talent Acquisition team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy to identify, attract, and engage top talent. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates. You’ll collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to navigate nuanced candidate situations, facilitate hiring decisions, and deliver unmatched candidate experience as we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent; ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to hire
• Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
• Ensure hiring teams adhere to recruiting processes and procedures
• Champion continuous improvement; when needed, challenge assumptions & influence hiring stakeholders to drive hiring decisions
• Present recruitment strategies, plans, and results to senior management and stakeholders
• Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
• Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Proficient in Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
• Working knowledge or recruiting KPI’s, metrics and reporting
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
• Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methodsAbility to juggle multiple high-priority, high-volume positions
• Outstanding analytical and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive and enjoy taking initiative
