Job summary

ServiceTitan in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. You will partner with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy, source and engage top talent, and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.

You will present strategies to senior management, champion diversity, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and social networks.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and recruiting metrics.
• Experience with ATS like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent across the hiring process.
• Source candidates from direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles to meet hiring goals and ensure candidate experience.

Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is looking for a talented Recruiter to join our extraordinary Talent Acquisition team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy to identify, attract, and engage top talent. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates. You’ll collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to navigate nuanced candidate situations, facilitate hiring decisions, and deliver unmatched candidate experience as we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent; ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to hire
• Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
• Ensure hiring teams adhere to recruiting processes and procedures
• Champion continuous improvement; when needed, challenge assumptions & influence hiring stakeholders to drive hiring decisions
• Present recruitment strategies, plans, and results to senior management and stakeholders
• Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years recruiting for fast-paced, high-growth technology companies
• Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Proficient in Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
• Working knowledge or recruiting KPI’s, metrics and reporting
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
• Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Ability to juggle multiple high-priority, high-volume positions
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive and enjoy taking initiative
