About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talend Data Engineer to lead the management, optimization, and enhancement of our enterprise Data Platform built on Talend Data Integration and Amazon Redshift.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management, optimization, and enhancement of the enterprise Data Platform built on Talend Data Integration and Amazon Redshift.
• Drive best practices across ETL development, performance optimization, and data quality management.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Engineer using Talend Data Integration.
• Strong experience with Talend on‑prem versions 7 and 8.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration patterns, and batch processing.
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift (data loading, performance tuning, SQL optimization).
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and validation.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and analytics‑ready datasets.
• Understanding of data quality checks, validation rules, and reconciliation techniques.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
