Job summary

Synechron Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior IBM FileNet Architect with 10+ years of experience in IBM FileNet and Enterprise Content Management to drive architecture design, upgrade projects, and integration initiatives. You will lead architecture workshops, create artefacts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver complex ECM solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in FileNet, BAW, CPE, ICN and related technologies, plus experience with WebSphere and Linux

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IBM FileNet and ECM experience.
• Experience with IBM BAW and FileNet platforms.
• Knowledge of integration with WebSphere, Linux (RHEL) and databases.
• Ability to create architecture blueprints and solution artefacts.
• Experience leading discovery, assessment and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and solution blueprinting for FileNet/BAW deployments.
• Oversee platform upgrades and migration projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and drive implementation planning.

IBM FileNet Architect

Required Skills & Experience IBM Expertise 10+ years of experience working with IBM FileNet and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Strong hands-on experience with: IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE) IBM Content Navigator (ICN) IBM Case Manager (preferred) IBM Content Collector (preferred) Technical Skills Experience performing FileNet and BAW platform upgrades. Strong understanding of FileNet object stores, content stores, workflow engines, and security models. Experience with WebSphere Application Server. Knowledge of Linux environments, preferably RHEL. Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases. Understanding of LDAP/Active Directory integration. Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns and integration technologies. Architecture & Consulting Skills Proven experience leading discovery and assessment engagements. Ability to create architecture blueprints and solution design artefacts. Strong estimation and planning capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Preferred Experience IBM-certified FileNet or BAW Architect. Experience upgrading IBM platforms from older versions to current supported releases. Experience with RHEL operating system upgrades. Experience in regulated enterprise environments. Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid deployment architectures.
