Overview:
We are seeking a Citrix Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Citrix engineer with a proven track record of supporting multiple Citrix farms.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications.
3. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues.
4. Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.
5. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix administration and Server operations.
3. Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.
4. Working experience on Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
5. Good understanding of ITIL process and tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
