Job summary

Codincity Digital Technologies is seeking a Citrix Engineer to support Citrix DaaS on Azure and ensure high availability and security. You will troubleshoot Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs while coordinating with IT teams for seamless integration.

The role requires strong Citrix, Azure AD/MFA, and networking knowledge, plus scripting ability and ITIL familiarity. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Citrix DaaS on Azure, including setup, configuration, and management.
• Troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure: Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs.
• Experience with Citrix Workspace, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix Federated Authentication.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Understanding of networking concepts including load balancing and secure access.
• Knowledge of scripting and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Citrix DaaS on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure including Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs.
• Monitor and maintain Citrix environments in line with security policies.

The role is within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team aligned within Global Technology

• Role: T&M Citrix Engineer within Global Technology.

Provide technical support for Citrix DaaS on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance of the Citrix environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs.

Monitor and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing systems and applications.

Perform regular updates and maintenance of Citrix components to ensure optimal performance and security.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Citrix support and operations.

Provide training and support to end-users on Citrix-related issues and best practices.

Primary Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Citrix DaaS on Azure, including setup, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure components such as Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs.
• Experience with Citrix Workspace, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix Federated Authentication.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Conditional Access.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including load balancing and secure access.
