Job summary

NXP Semiconductors Pune is seeking a Senior System and Application Engineer focused on SW for wireless connectivity. You will design and implement software for Wi-Fi, BT/BLE and IoT solutions on current and future SoCs, and you will unit test and debug across embedded platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Field Applications Engineers to translate customer use cases into robust features, providing technical support during evaluation and integration.

Qualifications

• MS/ME/MTECH with 6+ years of experience in EE, CE, CS or equivalent.
• Strong experience in embedded systems, operating systems including RTOS and Linux.
• Proficiency in C programming and debugging.
• Solid understanding of networking components like TCP/IP.
• Background in Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, or 802.15.4 is advantageous.
• Experience with ARM processors.
• Experience with SDIO/PCIe/USB bus interfaces is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
