Job summary

Solugenix is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Office 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Servers, and endpoint management solutions.

This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system security, optimizing performance, and the adoption of new Microsoft technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator with strong L3 support capabilities to manage and support our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Office 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Servers, and endpoint management solutions. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring system security, optimizing performance, and the adoption of new Microsoft technologies.

Must-Have & Desired Skills:

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications:
  o Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator
  o Azure Certification preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and/or Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500))
  o ITIL v3 certification/experience preferred.
  Strong working knowledge of:
  o Office 365 Apps (MS Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Stream, etc.)
  o SSO & MFA with Azure AD, Okta, and other identity providers
  o Group Policy design and configuration
  o Workstation and Server hardening, RAID setup, and data recovery
  o LAN/WAN networking, including DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS
  o Azure IaaS (Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, NSGs, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers) and Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
  o Windows Server Failover Clustering, WSUS, DFS, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  o Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity synchronization; Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery
  Experience in:
  o Vulnerability management using industry tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Qualys, Nessus. Mange Engine Endpoint Central)
  o Patch management for on-prem and cloud systems
  o Data protection policies in Office 365 and Azure
  Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced IT environment.
  Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of infrastructure improvements.
  Exposure to compliance-driven environments (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS S
