Job summary

Inspace Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365 / O365 administration, and basic firewall/network security, with strong emphasis on team leadership and clear communication.

The candidate will handle Windows Server environments, admin Microsoft 365, monitor security, perform updates, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Perform day-to-day system administration activities ensuring availability, stability, and security of IT systems.
• Manage Microsoft 365 / O365 administration including user accounts, licenses, email, and admin tasks.
• Perform basic firewall administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
• Handle user and system-related technical issues and provide timely support.
• Manage system updates, patches, backups, and security-related activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Maintain system documentation and IT operational procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for infra-related activities.
• Lead and support IT team in day-to-day operations and delegate tasks.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, system administration, and basic firewall/network security. Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in System Administration and IT infrastructure support.

• Basic understanding and hands-on knowledge of Firewall administration and network security.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Windows Server, or networking certifications will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a Senior System Administrator / System Administrator / IT Infrastructure role is preferred.
