Job summary

Haoda Payment Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO, while overseeing M365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune. The role includes VMware/Hyper-V administration, network and security duties, and disaster recovery planning.

You will monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, ensure SLA adherence, and support audits. Mentoring junior staff and coordinating with vendors are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent required.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco CCNA, ITIL preferred.

• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain SLAs.
• Deploy endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior IT staff and coordinate with vendors.
