Job summary

Walr is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to support rapid growth in our data collection platform. The role emphasizes advanced technical skills to deliver client projects on time, with attention to quality and bespoke survey solutions.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with PMs and data processors to ensure client satisfaction. Based in Wardha, Maharashtra, this position offers challenging workflows, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to own projects end-to-end while

Responsibilities

• Support our clients in Walr technology products
• Effectively package and manage the information cascade to senior leadership, identifying clear outcomes
• Programming online questionnaires based on material provided by clients, including survey scripting, quotas, translations and reporting
• Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and Data Processor to deliver projects that meet client needs, on time and within quality standards
• Being consultative: proactively suggesting improvements to survey design, flow and options to tackle challenges
• Delivering high quality work that is tested and checked
• Managing multiple projects at the same time, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Collaborating as a strong team member
• Assisting others when workloads require

About The Role:

Walr is looking for Senior Survey Programmer to support the exponential growth of the Walr business through delighting internal stakeholders and clients. This role is ideal for someone who is an exceptional and experienced survey programmer ready to take the next step into a specialist role, concentrating on advanced technical skills to deliver projects and solutions according to client specifications within the agreed timelines and according to our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-orientated and can comfortably manage multiple workflows simultaneously, tackle challenges with creativity, come up with bespoke solutions; and is comfortable training and mentoring junior members.
