Job summary

m360 Research is seeking a Senior ConfirmIT Programmer to develop and maintain online surveys with high data integrity and on-time delivery. You will implement complex templates on ConfirmIT’s Professional Authoring platform and contribute to process improvements.

Applicants should have 5+ years of hands-on ConfirmIT programming, a IT-focused degree, and the ability to work US hours (EST). Collaboration with a clinical and analytics team is essential.

The Senior ConfirmIT Programmer is responsible for programming market research studies of varying complexity against client materials. Their goal is to meet and exceed clients’ expectations in terms of integrity of collected data, adherence to agreed timeline and budget. Programming is done on ConfirmIT’s Professional Authoring platform. The role is also focused on the development and implementation of “out of the box” solutions and they will be a contributor to overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices as well as consulting on new best practices and processes. Our survey programmers work together closely as a team.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Maintain full responsibility for online survey development and related tasks:
• Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
• End-to-end high-quality programming on the ConfirmIT Professional Authoring platform.
• Ability to program online survey components such as custom set-ups using jQuery / HTML / CSS, implementing Conjoints, Max-diff, algorithmic designs, segmentation / typing tools, and image highlighters.
• Formulate recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
• Identification and implementation of innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to address programming challenges.
• Survey preparation for fielding, data templates and field progress creations.
• Respond to queries from the data validation team in a timely manner.
• Utilize their past experiences to support process improvement, with a goal to increase capabilities, efficiencies, skillsets, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Expected to spend time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager and committed to learning the latest technologies in the data collection field.
• Expected to assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements Essential

• Minimum five years hands-on programming experience using ConfirmIT Professional Authoring
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
• Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to ‘think outside the box

Desirable

• Knowledge of Decipher
• Market research experience (preferably with healthcare surveys)
