Job summary

Döhler in Pune, India is seeking a Senior OT Support Engineer to own and solve complex OT/IT challenges, drive automation, and lead global rollouts in a dynamic production environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with shopfloor systems, MES/SCADA/PLCs, and cross-site collaboration to optimize operations across about 50 production sites. Strong problem-solving and deployment experience are required.

Qualifications

As a Senior OT Support Engineer, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Global OT Support
• Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs

• Support and lead OT system rollouts and deployments worldwide

• Bridge the gap between concept and real-world operations

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems
• Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and system integrations
• Experience with global rollouts / deployments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
