• Strong ITGC and OT cybersecurity understanding.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and governance of IT & OT projects across three factory locations.
• Ensure timely delivery and remove execution roadblocks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT Security, and Corporate IT teams.

Project Manager – Manufacturing IT& OT

Location: Gurgaon, India (withfrequent travel to Sitargunj, Hosur, Mysore)

Aboutthe Role

Weare accelerating a major digital transformation journey across multiplemanufacturing locations in India. We are looking for a Project Manager –Manufacturing IT & OT who will lead, execute, and govern key technologyinitiatives across factories in Sitargunj, Hosur, and Mysore. The role is basedout of Gurgaon, with regular travel to plant locations. This individual will beresponsible for planning, driving, and delivering IT & OT programs—rangingfrom digital tools deployment to IT/OT cybersecurity improvements—ensuring thateach site meets internal audit, compliance, and operational readinessrequirements. You will serve as the central orchestrator between factoryoperations, engineering, corporate IT/OT teams, and external vendors, ensuringtimely delivery and adherence to internal standards. The role will also overseeand guide two site‑level IT/OT support team members who act as the executionarms within the factories.

KeyResponsibilities

1. Project & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, andgovernance of all IT & OT projects across the three factory locations.
  
• Ensure timely delivery and proactively remove executionroadblocks.
  
• Drive cross‑functional alignment among Operations,Engineering, Quality, IT Security, and Corporate IT teams.
  

2.IT & OT Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Own remediation and closure of ITGC, cybersecurity, OTcontrols, and audit observations at all plants.
  
• Implement and monitor compliance for:
  
• OT asset inventorycompletion
  
• Backup/restorereadiness of OT assets
  
• Network segmentation& security policies
  
• Access governance forIT & OT systems
  
• Coordinate with internal auditors, plant leadership,and global teams to ensure full compliance.
  

3.Deployment of Digital & Automation Solutions

• Lead rollout of manufacturing digital tools such as:
  
• OT backup/restoreplatforms
  
• Gate pass,permit-to-work, and contractor management systems
  
• Asset trackingsolutions
  
• Ensure solution adoption, training, and changemanagement at factories.
  
• Validate solution performance through structured UATand post‑go‑live reviews.
  

4.Factory Engagement & Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as the IT/OT single point of contact for Sitargunj,Hosur, and Mysore plants.
  
• Conduct regular site visits, governance meetings, andstatus reviews.
  
• Identify digital improvement opportunities incollaboration with plant leadership.
  
• Build strong relationships with Factory Directors, EHS,Quality, Engineering, and local IT teams.
  
• Manage and mentor two on-ground IT/OT support engineerslocated at plant sites.
  
• Set priorities, assign tasks, track performance, andguide their day‑to‑day execution.
  
• Build capabilities within the team on OT cyber hygiene,data practices, and digital tools.
  
• Manage external vendors, OEMs, and solution partnersfor IT/OT deployments.
  
• Handle vendor negotiation, contract finalization (withlegal/commercial teams), and delivery oversight.
  
• Ensure vendors meet internal standards fordocumentation, security, and implementation quality.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IndustrialAutomation, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  
• Project Management certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile)preferred.
  

Experience

• 6–9 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, OT,Automation, or Digital Transformation roles.
  
• Proven track record of managing multi-site technologyprojects end-to-end.
  
• Experience working with OT environments: PLCs, SCADA,DCS, industrial networks.
  
• Strong understanding of ITGC, OT cybersecurityframeworks, audit controls, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
  
• Knowledge of OT protocols, industrial networks, andcybersecurity best practices.
  
• Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM processes, anddigital factory tools.
  
• Understanding of MES/SCADA integrations, data flows,and system architectures.
