Job summary

Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced IT-OT Pre-Sales & Solution Manager to front-end enterprise and PSU stakeholders in a large-scale automation program in India. You will coordinate with the SI partner and translate plant-level requirements into executable solution proposals.

Role involves gathering requirements, creating solution architectures, BoQs, and RFP responses, with responsibility for feasibility and risk validation across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or CS preferred).
• 6–12 years in industrial IT-OT, automation or enterprise solutioning roles.
• Exposure to large manufacturing plants, PSUs or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, IoT, edge computing, or enterprise IT, networking and cybersecurity.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills; comfortable with senior client stakeholders and SI partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary techno-commercial interface between EurthTech, the SI and PSU stakeholders.
• Run requirement-gathering sessions, workshops and technical discussions with plant IT/OT/operations teams.
• Convert problem statements into solution architectures, scope documents and BoQs.
• Prepare RFP responses, technical proposals, presentations and compliance matrices.
• Validate feasibility and risks with internal engineering teams; ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution.

We are looking for an experienced IT-OT Pre-Sales & Solution Manager to front-end enterprise and PSU stakeholders, coordinate with the SI partner, and translate plant-level requirements into structured, executable solution proposals.

Key responsibilities
