Role Description

The Senior Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading styling across product and campaign shoots, social media content, and digital brand experiences. This role involves conceptualizing looks aligned with brand guidelines, creating mood boards, and collaborating closely with creative directors, photographers, CGI/3D teams, and motion designers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. The Senior Stylist will manage styling pipelines, including sourcing and organizing wardrobe, props, and accessories, overseeing fittings, and maintaining consistency across multi-channel campaigns. The role also includes mentoring junior stylists, coordinating with production teams to meet timelines, and contributing to AI-powered and performance-led creative concepts with a strong focus on modern, consumer-first aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion and styling expertise, including experience with product styling, campaign shoots, and social media content.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling, mood board creation, and working with creative direction for branding and digital experiences.
• Ability to collaborate with photographers, designers, CGI/3D teams, motion graphics artists, and post-production teams.
• Solid understanding of contemporary trends, consumer behavior, and performance-oriented visual content.
• Experience managing styling workflows: sourcing wardrobe and props, organizing looks, and overseeing fittings and shoot readiness.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members or freelancers.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Relevant education or training in fashion styling, design, visual communication, or a related creative field is preferred.
• Prior experience in creative agencies, production houses, or brand marketing teams is an advantage.
