Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our styling initiatives and elevate our brand identity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level fashion forecasting and personalized customer engagement. You will be responsible for conceptualizing editorial lookbooks, predicting upcoming trends, and providing bespoke styling consultations to our diverse clientele across both digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lookbook & Creative Direction: Lead the concept and styling for seasonal campaigns and lookbooks, overseeing end-to-end production to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand aesthetics.
• Omnichannel Consultation: Provide high-touch styling services to clients both in-store and virtually, including personal shopping, wardrobe editing, and fit guidance.
• Trend Forecasting: Analyze global runways and market shifts to create trend reports and mood boards that directly inform design and buying strategies.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior stylists, partner with Marketing on social media content, and share customer insights to optimize inventory selection.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in fashion styling or retail (editorial, e-commerce, or personal styling) with a strong portfolio.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in digital styling tools, video conferencing software (Zoom/Google Meet), and basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and diverse body types.
