Role Overview

The Junior Fashion Stylist will assist the styling team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing looks for shoots, campaigns, celebrity fittings, and brand events. The role demands a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills to ensure the brand’s visual language and storytelling are reflected consistently across all styled outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing styling for photoshoots, campaigns, and editorial projects.
• Support in curating looks, accessories, and garments as per the creative brief and moodboard.
• Help in sourcing, organizing, and maintaining garments, accessories, and styling inventory.
• Assist during celebrity and influencer fittings, ensuring garments are prepared, steamed, and alterations are coordinated on time.
• Support with on-set styling, dressing, and continuity checks during shoots.
• Maintain detailed styling records, outfit lists, and garment return logs.
• Coordinate with the design, PR, and production teams for garment availability and styling requirements.
• Assist in styling for e-commerce shoots, social media content, and lookbooks.
• Research current fashion trends, silhouettes, and visual inspirations relevant to the brand aesthetic.
• Strong sense of fashion, styling, and visual composition.
• Good understanding of Indian wear, silhouettes, and textile details.
• Eye for detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets for garment tracking and look management.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Styling / Fashion Communication / Fashion Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant styling experience (fashion shoots, celebrity styling, or brand work preferred).

Compensation

Experienced (1–2 years): Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on skill and experience)
