Durapid Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Storage Engineer to lead enterprise storage initiatives, including Kubernetes storage, Ceph, and disaster recovery. The role spans Pure Storage and NetApp provisioning, backup strategies and DR planning, plus automation for provisioning and restore verification.

The candidate will coordinate with platform, database, security and vendor teams, while ensuring robust storage performance across storage, host, and network environments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of storage and data protection experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes storage and Ceph/Rook/CSI.
• Strong familiarity with storage protocols (iSCSI, NVMe-oF, FC, NFS, SMB).
• Experience with Commvault or equivalent backup solutions.
• Proficiency with Pure Storage and NetApp platforms.
• DR, backup/restore, VMware, and storage troubleshooting experience.
• Scripting or automation experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Storage Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Enterprise Storage, Kubernetes Storage, Ceph, Backup & Restore, and Disaster Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes storage, Rook, Ceph, CSI, StorageClasses, and Persistent Volumes.
• Manage Pure Storage and NetApp, including provisioning, snapshots, replication, and capacity planning.
• Own backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Perform storage performance troubleshooting across storage, host, and network.
• Support VMware storage and backup environments.
• Develop automation for provisioning, reporting, and restore verification.
• Coordinate with platform, database, security, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in storage and data protection.
• Hands‑on Kubernetes Storage, Rook/Ceph, or CSI experience.
